Travel is my passion, and it is also my job. I offer concierge services at no cost to you when you book your vacation with me. I am here for you before, during and after your travels. I want to help you plan your weekend getaway, your romance travel, your family getaway, or that trip of a lifetime! Travel planners play a big role in helping you arrive at your desired destinations, and putting all the little details together to help get you there. You should feel comfortable expressing your concerns and questions with your travel agent, as well as be able to divulge your vacation wishes and expect me to help fulfill those. I will want to get to know you, and I imagine you will want to know a little about me to make sure I am a good fit to help you plan your vacation…
I graduated with a Bachelor in Arts from Sacramento State University in 2000. My main focus was art with children, and I had planned to be an art teacher…but art programs were cut from our public schools. I quickly had to find a plan B, which was mural painting and other commissioned work. As I creatively made my way through the early years of adulthood, I also started a family.
At the age of twenty-six, I gave birth to my first son, Colton. Three years later, I welcomed boy/girl twins to my clan. All three of my littles enjoy traveling as much as I do.
How did I become a travel planner you ask? As a single mom, I had to create a new career for myself that would allow me to be home with my kids, as well as be able to support my family of four. I couldn’t have thought of a better occupation, then to help people plan their vacations! Hearing the excitement in my clients’ voices as we discuss their holiday plans, makes me smile…because I know that they are about to have the time of their lives, and they are trusting me to help create that for them. I love spreading my wealth of knowledge for the places I have been, as well as places I have yet to explore. And, the best part is, I am earning an income for myself and my three mini-mes. It’s the perfect career for me!
